A small architecture practice whose best work lived in sketchbooks. We built an identity from their line weights and a portfolio site where each project draws itself in as you read.

The brief

The practice was winning work by referral and losing competitions on first impressions. They needed a portfolio that showed how they think, not only what they built.

What we did

An identity drawn from the practice's own pen weights, a project template for every building they have made and a motion system for drawings that build line by line.
